- Step 1 – Community Identification: Surveys of slums and rural poor communities to identify the most marginalised children.
- Step 2 – Yellow Rooms Setup: Establish permanent safe spaces in the heart of communities with 2 educators per centre.
- Step 3 – Daily Engagement: STEM sessions + SEPEt curriculum (social-emotional, physical, ethical learning), 6 days/week, all year round.
- Step 4 – School Enrolment: Identify out-of-school children, complete documentation, enrol via government schools and RTE admissions.
- Step 5 – School Completion: Monthly Parent-Teacher Meets, ongoing academic support, and tracking to ensure children stay in school through Class XII.
- Step 6 – Empower Program: For Class XI–XII students: digital study labs, career counselling, job-readiness skilling, scholarship assistance.
- Step 7 – Higher Education & Employment: Handhold children into higher studies, internships, apprenticeships, and employment. 99% of Class XII completers enter higher education or jobs.
